Solverr is a decentralized application (DApp) that facilitates connections between freelancers and clients for the exchange of services using cryptocurrency payments. Our platform operates on blockchain technology and utilizes smart contracts for secure transactions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solverr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between users should first be resolved through direct communication. If resolution cannot be reached, users may open a dispute through our platform. The Solverr team will analyze the evidence provided by both parties and determine whether to issue a full refund to the client, release full payment to the freelancer, or split the escrowed funds 50/50 between the parties.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
